Build Budget

On completion of the design of your home, CB Homes will provide a fixed fee build budget for your home, ensuring that you know exactly how much your home will cost.

How will the land sale work?

We understand that our clients will want comfort and security to ensure that any home design will be approved in a FULL application. We are therefore only requiring a deposit for the plot at the design and planning stage with the full purchase price payable once planning is approved and the build contract entered into.
