Build

The build is to be completed as part of CB Homes full turn key service, thus ensuring that all the stress of building your own home is removed. CB Homes will manage the build until your home is ready to move into.

From start to finish, you’ll have maximum flexibility when it comes to the choices on your self-build home. Regular meetings managed by the Construction Director ensure you always know what’s going on, at every stage of the process.

Build Budget

On completion of the design of your home, CB Homes will provide a fixed fee build budget for your home, ensuring that you know exactly how much your home will cost.

How will the land sale work?

We understand that our clients will want comfort and security to ensure that any home design will be approved in a FULL application. We are therefore only requiring a refundable deposit for the plot at the design and planning stage, with the full purchase price payable once planning is approved and the build contract entered into.
