Today, as ever, we are continuing to work with a wide range of self-build budgets. Regardless of the size of home, we provide a fixed price quotation on each custom house build. We also structure each project with stage payments. This means that the first payment only becomes due when the foundations are complete – and the project is really beginning to look like a house. As part of our turnkey service, we deal with all the pre-start documentation that has to be completed too. That means there’s no need for anyone to feel intimidated at the thought of lots of complicated paperwork as we can take care of all that for you.
