The brickwork is complete and the roof is now being constructed at our clients’ stunning self-build project in Kingsley.
Once the superstructure is complete and the roof is finished, it will be time to make some very important final decisions on this self-build project. Our clients will need to decide exactly what they want inside their new home, from the bathroom fixtures and fittings to the entire kitchen, as well as everything in between.

Our fixed fee price includes the cost for supplying and installing kitchen units, sanitary ware, wall tiles, fireplace and flooring. This gives all our clients total peace of mind when it comes to building their dream home around their budget. It also means they can upgrade some of these finishing touches if they wish to or they can choose where to make significant savings, providing maximum flexibility when it comes to the specification of their new home.
